Transforming piecemeal concepts into full-fledged creative treatments, I know how to communicate an idea clearly and effectively.
Treatments are the foundational texts that get projects off the ground, and I use them as an opportunity to flex my publication design muscle. Through my work at agencies and production companies, I aim to do justice to a nascent concept and all its potential iterations.
Phoebe
Documentary Creative Treatment
This treatment required a significant amount of research. Working with fashion photographer Tommy Ton, I combed through his vast library for relevant images of Celine garments during Phoebe Philo’s decade-long tenure as creative director of the maison. I also did a deep dive into the fashion house’s history, from early press to documenting every campaign in the last decade. This treatment also served as a reference guide for the documentary’s director.
I took style cues from Philo’s personal brand in laying out the treatment—understated, elegant, with a few unexpected touches.
Project Healthy Minds
Digital Campaign Creative Treatment
The creative team at MALKA treated on two concepts for a mental health awareness campaign. I helped source imagery and created Look & Feel mockups for Instagram stories and feed.
IBM: Industry 4.0
Animation Creative Treatment
I worked closely with the animation team at MALKA Media to present creative concepts to IBM. I helped pull reference images for various animation styles and incorporated different grid motifs into the deck as a cohesive stylistic touch.
Like most advertising jobs, there was a rapid turnaround time for this treatment. I quickly familiarized myself with IBM’s brand and created a template for company use moving forward.
